We monitor the exterior of your home for signs of damage or attempted break in as well as take in any flyers and mail
Once inside we will tour your house checking that windows and doors are secure, water run in sinks and toilets. We will ensure your thermostat is at the correct setting and look for evidence of water leaks and mold
We will open and close drapes and turn on alternate lights to give your home a lived in look
You will receive a report after each visit, along with comments regarding any concerns

Opening/Closing: We can close up your house if you have to leave quickly, or we can have your fridge stocked and home temperature set to comfortable levels before your return
Key Holder: Contractors coming to perform services or waiting for a package? We can take care of it for you. We can be your eyes when you are not able to be there
Plant Care: If you are away for a longer period of time, we can water and care for your plants
Pet Watch: Pets can be fed and taken care of as requested
We will respond to any other requests you may have

We offer competative rates from as low as $25 per visit

Hourly rates available, discounts apply on block time purchases

Visits can be monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, or more frequent as required

Mileage charge may apply
